A Program of the Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences

Future Challenges for the Earth Sciences   (November 6 - 8, 2009)

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee for the entire weekend, including meals, is $225 per person. The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Geology and Geophysics are underwriting a substantial portion of the cost in order to make the weekend affordable for as many alumni as possible.

If the $225 fee would prevent you from participating, please contact Julia Downs at the Association of Yale Alumni, 203-432-1942 (or julia.downs@yale.edu). Limited scholarship funds are available.

AIR TRAVEL

You may want to consider flying to Hartford (Bradley Airport) or Providence (T. F. Green). U. S. Airways serves Tweed-New Haven airport from Philadelphia. New York area options include La Guardia, JFK and Newark airports.

There is also an Amtrak train connection between the Newark Airport and New Haven.

TRAINS

Amtrak and Metro North both stop at the New Haven train station.
